- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
Common quick fixes
- Force quit the app and reopen
- Restart your device
- Update to the latest iOS
- Install the latest app update
Billing / Purchases
- Purchases are handled by Apple.
- If your purchase isn’t restored, tell us the Apple ID used and the product name.
- Try the in-app Restore Purchases button (if available).
